Bonjour...

I made some curd yesterday with some berries and had some egg whites left over. So the thrifty person in me decided to make some meringues. So what am I sitting and eating right now for breakfast?!

I know I am not in Paris anymore, but I can pretend with my eyes closed (very tightly of course).

  1. I don't really like to make meringue, but I hate to waste, so it is also what I usually end up making when I have extra egg whites. Pavlovas are nice because you can cover them with fruit. Your meringues look great!

  2. Ooh pavlova. Maybe next time.

    I was pleased with the way they turned out, but i did leave them in the oven a touch too long as there was little mallow on the inside, but i have lots of berry fruit and cream. Stay tuned!
