Seeds from Erskine Garden Centre

Before heading off to the allotment for some seed planting and digging, a detour to Erskine Garden Centre was taken. Erskine Garden Centre is actually a charity founded in 1916. It has provided nursing and medical care for former members of our Armed Forces through two world wars and the more recent conflicts and peace keeping initiatives of the twentieth and twenty first centuries. Re-building shattered lives, restoring dignity and providing first class care to ex-Service men and women both young and old.

D and myself have been going to Erskine Garden Centre for nearly four years, we became aware of it through Nessie our neighbour. It has become our preferred destination for gardening and allotment stuff. Apparently, it was originally operating from a small shed at the end of the drive selling surplus plants and vegetables from the nursery garden, the garden centre was eventually established with a move to its present location 14 years ago with the aim of increasing employment opportunities for disabled including veterans who are also part of the workforce.

Anyway, here are some more seeds to be added to my list for this seasons planting.
